PayPal Issues

Has anyone else noticed issues with PayPal over the last few days?

We have customers calling asking about orders that they have paid for through PayPal but that aren't showing in our system.

We also have PayPal showing a tax charge on all orders.

We are trying to troubleshoot it now.
