Import Tool Throwing Internal Server Error
The import assistant in our account is working until the field mapping screen. I'm able to successfully map fields on customer records, however clicking the next button results in a long (~5-10 min) delay that results in an Internal Server Error. We're in the middle of integration mapping updates within Netsuite and use CSV records to quickly map IDs - but it's down. Below is a screenshot of the error I got earlier this morning.
Any ideas?
