Webstore super slow.

I have two main webstors

www.cp-lighting.co.uk

www.ledlightbulbs.co.uk

Both of these webstores are affected by sporadic problems loading pages where load times can exceed 30 seconds.  I don't know what is wrong I can load other website like lightening but anyone wanting to buy stuff from us is likely to lose the will to live.

Since I have started typing this the speeds are normal. I have tried to log a case but the speed problem comes and goes.  I don't know if there is a routing problem with my ISP because we are in the UK or if this is a general problem affecting other Netsuite websites as well.
