Commitment/Allocation Issues
My operations group has noticed some strange behaviors on sales orders. For example everything is working fine until they try to fulfill something and then after that happens the available column on the sales order doubles, the committed stays the same instead of going back to zero. I filed a case with Netsuite but was I was trying to provide them cases, the problems ended up correcting themselves somehow.
Has anyone else noticed anything like this happening on their account? My operations team said this behavior started happening around a month ago if that helps any.
