Committed Items Errors
We've been having some extreme issues with stock for about 2 weeks now, and they all seem to stem from the system thinking items are committed when they're not.
Example 1: When I view one item record in particular it says we have 0 in stock and 1 committed (which as far as I know should not be possible).
Example 2: For some of our items that are in stock, we are unable to commit them to an order because the system tells us they are already committed. But when we go to reallocate them, it says they are not committed. So we end up having to "receive in" the desired quantity, ship the order, then un-receive them again.
