CSV Import - Invalid Custom Form
Hey everyone, I'm really pulling my hair out over this one and Netsuite refuses to even look into, so I'm hoping someone can offer some advice, or at least somewhere to look.
We are having really weird issues with CSV item imports. We are uploading store descriptions and a URL to a custom field. Netsuite is throwing errors on about 10% of inventory items. The error returned is "27 is an invalid form".
27 is the id of our customized inventory form that we are currently using without problem on every inventory item on every transaction, so it is obviously not an invalid form. Moreover, 90% of the items using form 27 upload correctly, using form 27.
