Emails Not loaded to outlook and bounced back received to our customers
Hi,
When customers replies to our emails which sent through NS, they received failure notice. and we don't get these emails into our emails. They added as a message on Netsuite under customer or transaction record but not received to our emails.
This issue occurs from June and I submitted a case to NS.
This is an urgent case and there is already a defect addressed in NS with S1 priority. But the problem still not solved and we still don't get emails...
This issue affect our business negatively...
Is there any workaround to provide this and Does this issue happen with others or only on our account?
