Celigo's Netsuite for Outlook Integration - Disallow Saving to Employees?

Hello,

My company uses Celigo's Netsuite for Outlook Integration.  It is working wonderfully, but our staff has been using it to saving unnecessary and/or confidential internal emails to employee records in Netsuite.  I've looked through the help documents but have not seen mention of a way to prevent that from happening. Does anyone know of a way to exclude employee records from populating on the list of contacts in the Outlook Integration window?
