Drop-down lists won't auto fill

Since the upgrade to 2014.2, our drop-down lists do not auto fill on a lot of our views. We get a small box that pops above the field and says "List" and if we click that then the options appear. It only appears on our PC machines, and on various browsers. I cannot replicate the problem on my Mac.

Does anybody know what the fix for this is? I cannot find anything in Set Preferences that is able to fix it.
