Purchase by Vendor Report not pulling in all purchases

I have been trying to generate a vendor list with total purchases from the last 12 months.  I'm using the defualt option and yet the report is not picking up all purchases.  I've compared the purchases the report is picking up vs. the ones it's not an can't find any rhyme or reason why some are being left off.  I have removed all filters and only have the subsidiary and purchases, but it is till not working.  It's frustrating.


Any idea why this report may not be working?
