Anybody else having issues with saved searches timing out?

We have several saved searches that have been working fine for months, but recently started timing out. I am getting reports that saved searches that used to take seconds to load are now timing out. These are all transaction searches with main line set to false. We are limiting the items on the search through an item join field. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
