Shipping Calculator for FedEx not working
Hi,
When using the Shipping Calculator for FedEx we get an error message if the weight is over 150 lbs. This normally, while a large inconvenience, doesn't actually stop the shipping calculation.
I did come across an instance where it won't calculate. We sell an item that is software (has no weight as it is normally either installed on the hardware or electronically delivered). Because of the way our vendor quotes it, we sold 110,000 on a single order. We found the shipping calculator would raise the same below message but it refused to still calculate the shipping. If I dropped it to 100,000, then this would work.
