Chrome Issue - Need to refresh pages before menus, tabs works

Using Chrome 39.0.2171.65m
For whatever reason, this bug only happens in Chrome. Firefox and IE are fine - however our Netsuite development partner advises us to use Chrome, and have not seen this issue on their other customers accounts.
The bug happens a little randomly, but most users have come with complaints about it, so it is definitely a cross company issue.
The thing is, when viewing records, the links in it does not work. After loading, no subtabs respond, no buttons work.
If one were to open it directly in Edit mode, no drop down menus work, and if users start putting in data in all fields, and want to click save - NOTHING happens.
