2.03 reference checkout not accepting Mastercard

It appears our 2.03 reference checkout has stopped accepting Mastercard as of 1/23.  Even the logo doesn't load.  Anyone else experiencing this issue?  We can accept Mastercard thru the backend but not from webstore?
