Adwords Conversion Tracking with Reference Checkout

Has anyone been able to get Adwords to show Conversion Tracking data with Reference Checkout?

We recently switched to the Reference Checkout bundle and have not been able to get conversion tracking data within Adwords.  (Works fine with Google Analytics)
