Errors since 2015.1 upgrade

So, it seems that the latest upgrade might have broken something - we can no longer print picking tickets, it throws up the following error:

ReferenceError: "syncPOFields" is not defined. (NLRecordScripting.scriptInit$lib#1870)

We don't have any workflows or scripts running for Picking Tickets, although are using a custom transaction form with an associated Advanced PDF/HTML template........both of which worked fine prior to the upgrade.

Can anyone shed any light on what this error means and how to fix it? If i change the preferred Picking Ticket form to the standard OOTB NS one, it works fine.
