Workflow with Send Campaign Email

Hello Everyone,

I am struggling for the last few days to trigger a Send Campaign Email Action in a workflow and getting this error for most of the cases "SENDCAMPAIGNEMAIL action skipped. Not executable with trigger BEFORESUBMIT"

I have to mention that in my current workflow I have a previous state where I'm sending an email with a link to an online form (a marketing preference form) where the user has to select some options. In the form I have a checkbox which I hided and checked when the user submit the form. The checkbox it's used in the workflow as a condition to transit to the next state.
