Why are Netsuite support so unsupportive?
Without naming names, I have launched a case and I'm getting responses like "Kindly go to SuiteAnswers to search for the article." - As if I haven't tried that at length before attempting to contact support staff?
And when I suggested that I can't find the article she is referring to (very vaguely I might add...) I get "Can you please provide the keywords that you have used to search for the article?" - Seriously, how hard is it to point me towards the article. Netsuite support is a joke. Or at least the support I receive is. Perhaps there are helpful staff employed there. I certainly haven't seen them.
