Unconsolidated AR statements-Invoices that have a client:job relationship don't show

We have an issue generating a client statement where consolidated is unchecked.  Any invoice that has a relationship with client: job  or client: client child: job will not appear on the unconsolidated statement.
Only if the invoice has just a client or just a client: client child, will appear on the unconsolidated statements.  I have tested this in another environment and was not able to replicate this issue.

Has anyone else came across this?
