Trying to change List values, but receiving an error
We have a list that we use for two custom entity fields.
Our customer service reps have somehow double added a few values to the list. For instance "glass artist" is a value in the list twice.
I am trying to remove the duplicates, but keep getting the following error:
"This record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records."
I have run a csv import to null both fields for all customers that contain the values I'm trying to remove.
Am I missing something?
Do I need to capture the field data for all customers, delete the list entirely, recreate it and then re-import the data?
