Customer Center Error

Hi

I have several customers using our customized customer center. Several have reported experiencing the following error:

"Our Web site is temporarily unavailable while we perform routine system maintenance. We are working on the site to improve its appearance and functionality. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please visit us again later. "

I dont know how many are trying to get in and cant, but arent reporting it. We asked our solution provider, but tehy dont see anything. Anyone else have this happening? Any suggestions?
