item groups on invoices from partially fulfilled sales order
My company uses item groups for many of our products but we are running into an issue when a customer wants an order shipped two difference places internationally.
When the group lines are printed on the invoice (for a portion of the order) the quantity of that particular group doesn't display. The amount does calculate correctly.
There is still a quantity on the item group line so I don't know what NetSuite is doing with this.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
