Cannot add a contact to an existing customer

New for today, we pull up a customer, click on "New Contact", enter the information and hit "Save" and nothing happens.  No save, no error.

I've tried using different customer forms, same result.

Also tried going to Lists > Relationships > Contacts, and add a new one.  Enter the information, Save, nothing happens.

Anyone else having this today?   Help?
