Email Not Working Since This Morning

We use a script to send Invoice files to our business partners and our script has been running properly since this morning but the emails are not being sent out.  I saw the notice on the system.netsuite.com that says 
    
   
   
  
  

4:15 AM PDTWe are currently experiencing problems with outbound SuiteScript and bulk emails. Our engineering team is aware and actively investigating.


Not sure how NetSuite can say that there are no issues to report when something as important as this is not running.

Is anyone else having this problem?  Thoughts?  Solutions?
