Email Not Working Since This Morning
We use a script to send Invoice files to our business partners and our script has been running properly since this morning but the emails are not being sent out. I saw the notice on the system.netsuite.com that says
| 4:15 AM PDT | We are currently experiencing problems with outbound SuiteScript and bulk emails. Our engineering team is aware and actively investigating. |
Not sure how NetSuite can say that there are no issues to report when something as important as this is not running.
Is anyone else having this problem? Thoughts? Solutions?
