Netsuite Account Center Portlet Issue

I am my company's Netsuite Administrator.

On the support page, the Netsuite Account Center portlet is present but shows a warning; Not Enough Permissions -  you do not have enough permissions to use this portlet.

How is it possible that an Administrator role lacks permissions?

Anyone know a fix here?
