UPS Thermal Printer LP2844 network printing problems

We are using a LP2844 for labels printing. It works well on a local computer connected with it by USB. This is printer is shared on the network and can print test page via a "print test page" in printer settings. But when we use the "print /d:\\networkname\printername" on another client computer, the EPL2 file never printed out.
the script is from Netsuite Answers. and I also tried another script. None of them is working.

we are using windows7 on both the server computer and the client computer.
anybody knows what is going on?
