Glitch - Items showing on order after order has been received
We have an item in our system, let's call it SKU123. SKU123 shows 2500 units on order from a factory location. However, the transfer order that these units were on was closed long ago. Everything looks correct transactionally and on the GL. Any ideas why this might be showing? We can't do an adjustment because it doesn't exist in any accounts or on any transactions. This is driving me crazy and I don't want to have to tell my staff to just disregard it.
Anyone else ever have an issue like this? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
