Scripted Emails Down

Hi All,

Is anyone else experiencing an email outage for any scripted emails? Similar to the outage that was posted on suite answers quite recently?

This severely impacts our ability do business.

Case # 2181703

If anyone else can please confirm it would be appreciated so we can hopefully get some action.
