Can't Edit Forms

In our Demo Account.  It's been buggy for a week.  Really frustrating because we can't keep developing with the roadblock.  Anyone else having this problem? Is this related to 2015.2 rollout?  Not having the same problems in our customer production accounts or sandbox accounts.
