Setup -> CRM List -> Lead Source (Not Avaiable)

I have Setup -> CRM Lists enabled under my account and I can every other CRM Lists, however "Lead Source" is not available.  My boss assured there is not a sub-catagory of CRM Lists.  I looked through the permission list and I saw some other permission under Sales and Reports, bu I am pretty sure they are not the problem.  Any ideas?  Thanks
