Global Search Perforrmance

After our most recent outage last week the performance of the global search for many of our Roles is slow our not  responsive at all.

For the Admin Role it seems to be working ok, but for al l other roles the search seems to be taking an extremely long time if it completes at all.

This is impacting our sales and support teams.

Is anyone else having this issue?
