Return Authorization reqest through website - link to sale order

Hi, currently working on streamlining our returns requests via the website process and i would like to always have the returns link to the sales order.

this works perfectly if you go to a sales order and then click on return. however if a customer goes to the account page and then click on return request it creates a standalone request.

I want this for to be a linked form is there a way anyone can think of doing this?
