Duplicate records on general search

All of my users who are not 'administrators' seem to be getting duplicate records when they search for an item number in the search bar.  Specifically on Assembly/BOM items it seems to return the same part number equal to the number of components in the BOM.  I have tested it on a few different roles, and seems to happen on multiple roles, but not on the Administrator role.  Also tried on multiple browsers with the same results.  Seems like a bug in the 2015.2 release!

Anyone else having this problem?
