B2B site, Sales Order generated from Web Store returns empty under Terms field.
Defect #- 361413 , rated S2.
It's always working until Tuesday. All sales orders we receive from our B2B shopping site doesn't copy the customer's "TERM" field to the sales order. Customers have different credit terms, 30 days, 7 days, COD... Now we have to manually check the customer's terms and write in every sales order. This is so inconvenient. And it's rated S2 so it may not be fixed if it only happen to us.
How does this kind of Defect happen in Netsuite? It's been working over 10 years since we use NETSUITE. And now it suddenly broke and Netsuite can not fix it?
