SCA Webstore access down or performance severely compromised

Access to our webstore in Australia either times out or page loads are very slow. One of the local NetSuite support guys says this is system wide, but not sure if only in our region or more widely. Highest priority case lodged with support, but no response. Just checking if this is on other regions, as well?
