Can someone explain support process ?
We were upgraded to 2015.2 last week. Our site layout was affected and cannot be easily navigated due to the update. We have no way to modify it and there is no workaround. We have filed a case 2254590 and it is related to a defect 357504. We have not had this resolved for 1 week and have been told we have now wait until Monday for an update on the case ? We are loosing business due to this ?
