Global Search Returning Wrong Data

Lately I've noticed global search return some extra wrong results when searching for transactions.  When I search for PO TN16866, the results list shows that plus the previous PO.  This happens often but not every time.

I think this problem started with 2015.2 but I can't say for certain.  Other users are seeing this so it's not specific to my machine/browser.
