File Cabinet: Importing Zip File - International Characters Error
Hi All,
I am currently attempting to import a zip file into the file cabinet.
I have done this many times before without error, however this latest zip file will not import and is throwing the following error.
'File import failed for.....................International characters in file names are not supported'

Where the blanked out area above is the file name. The character being identified as an International Character is, ' n '
I have opened this file in Excel and used 'Web Options' to confirm the file uses 'UTF-8' text encoding (this is the same encoding as i use when importing the zip file) and it is.
