Is this normal processing time for NetSuite?

Hello,

I wanted to get a sense from others if our processing times for records is considered normal.

For sales orders it takes about 10 seconds to create a sales order (even if processing 100 at a time, still 10 seconds on average)
For customers it takes about 6 seconds to create a customer.

This is with all scripts and workflows OFF and minimal custom fields on the form. The processing time is the same even if we use the standard form.

Note also that these are SERVER processing times via Restlets or Scheduled scripts (we notice the same processing times in both). This means network or client performance does not affect it.
