Validation errors have occurred.

I have been receiving an error on my test SCA website. It comes back saying 
{"error":"Validation errors have occurred."}  Has any one run into this during their initial setup of SCA? I have gone through my setup directions a few times now and everything seems to be in place. Maybe I am missing something.
