on hand inventory mismatch of quantity to quantity shown under lot numbers tab
For one product specifically, and so far only this one product that we've noticed, our total quantity of inventory for an item does not match the quantity displayed under the LOT numbers tab.
For example the "on hand" inventory shows 43 but under LOT NUMBERS it shows 33.
Looking at transactions to find the missing quantity I only found a VRA (vendor return authorization) which we do every so often and has never caused a glitch like this before so I'm wondering what happened and how to fix it.
The VRA was created properly with reference to the quantity and LOT number, so why is NetSuite still showing 43 on hand when under LOT numbers there are only 33 and the 10 that the VRA was created for are no longer listed under LOT numbers tab.
