Last Sales Activity Not Functioning

Is anyone else having trouble in Last Sales Activity?  We have it turned on and have for the last couple of years. A few weeks ago it stopped updating automatically and we have not been able to get it to function again.  I am wondering if this is something that anyone else is having trouble with or it is a customization that we build that is stopping it.
