Good Morning NS,
We were trying to adjust an employee’s Role in NetSuite, however we somehow removed his role(s) completely – and when we tried to put the role back – NS says we have exceeded the number of licenses we have purchased. Is there a way to get this user back without penalty?
Also, we will be having two new employees starting in 2016 and will need new licenses for them. Can you advise how to go about this?
