Server time issues

We are experiencing very slow load times today.  I checked one of the sales orders I just created and saw the following stats;
 
    
   
   
   
  
  
   
   
   
  
  
   
   
   
  
  
   
   
   
  
  
   
   
   
  
  
   
   
   
  
  

Total 47.967
Server 46.07 (96.05%)
Server Suite Script 9.953 (20.75%)
Server Workflow 0.657 (1.37%)

Client 1.445 (3.01%)



Correct me if I am wrong, but this means the problem lies on the Netsuite side of the equation?  Is anyone else having these kinds of problems?
