Cannot debug a RESTlet

I read this article https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/an...19196/kw/debug
But the debugger doesn't recognize anything.

Would be nice if this article would provide a sample request.
What is still unclear is which domain should be used for the request if I want to debug a restlet in the sandbox for instance.
