Unable to view Contacts/Customers/Transactions

As of this moment I seem to be unable to view or edit any Contact/Customers/Transactions in the system (as Administrator) due to an "Unexpected Error".  Even the default list pages per record type are reporting "Unexpected Error".  At least one of our employees has confirmed seeing this as well.

Is this a problem anywhere else?
