Netsuite renewal diffrence between OneWorld Operating Subsidiary and GL Subsidiary

We are in the renewal process, my CFO wants to know the difference between the Operating Sub and GL sub.  The price difference is huge.  We have the SRP module running + CRM.  Is there a way to see which Sub is running under which type of license we have 7 subs but cannot find anywhere what type of sub which one is?  What is the impact to switch from Operating Sub to GL sub?
