Unwanted Tax Total Field Added to Opportunities
Recently a change was made by NetSuite to our Opportunity forms. The field Tax Total is now the first field visible on our forms.
When customizing the Forms the field is not available to hide or to move. It has caused questions from our users.
Is anyone else seeing this field?
I entered a case (Case: 2394879: Defect 387099:)
NetSuite Support was able to recreate the issue and marked it as a S2- Defect.
Status changed from Open - Under Investigation to Open - On Hold
This is the reason:
"This defect has been placed on hold. We have provided a viable Alternate solution or the resolution to this defect requires invasive feature work which is not yet scheduled for a future release"
