Updated to v2016.1 on Friday. Errors today. PDF prints of Fulfillments going haywire

Here is what is happening:

Lets say that order number 123456 has two items from two different drop-ship vendors. Therefore, it also has two different fulfillments.
Item A = Brass widget. To be drop shipped. Fulfillment number = ABC111
Item B = Plastic widget. To be drop shipped. Fulfillment number = ABC222

Here is what happens when we print them.
We print the fulfillment for Fulfillment number = ABC111
and it says to ship one line item which is a Brass widget.

We then print the second fulfillment for Fulfillment number = ABC222
and it ALSO says to ship one line item which is a Brass widget.  What happened to the PLASTIC Widget???
