Internet Explorer - Returning Site Under Maintenance Error & Server Error

I believe this is a new issue - since Friday 5/6.  When a use tries to sign-in into our web-site which is on a secure page with an SSL - they get a NetSuite message screen saying the Internet Explorer - hase encountered a Server Error and / or the site is under maintenance.  The only way we have found to get around this is deleting cache and making the checkout URL a trusted site. and checking SSL 2.0 under security settings.  This is going to a challenge to bring users along with these steps.  Is anyone else experiencing this too?
